How to translate messages on Telegram

Here’s how you can use the message translation feature in your language directly on the Telegram mobile application available for Android and iOS.

Open the Telegram app.
Choose the Hamburger icon (the one with three horizontal lines)
Now go to Settings
Find the Language entry and tap on it
Now you will see the languages available on Telegram listed and just above you will need to activate the Show Translate button which must be selected and colored blue in the right position
As indicated in the explanation of the Language section, once this option is activated, a Translate button will appear next to the message to start instant translation

To prevent messages in your language from being translated into English on Telegram, you can exclude English from the translation process. Simply select the option “Do not translate the English language” from the list of exclusions. This ensures that messages in English will not undergo translation.
